Cathy Richardson – 1996
On my iTunes the other day, the most excellent song, “Over the Miles,” by Cathy Richardson, from her way excellent album, “Moon, Not Banana” came on. I forgot how much I liked that song and the awesomeness that is Cathy. She currently fronts Jefferson Starship. She is great.

Hang In There
My photo buddy decided he wanted to do some climbing. I decided to just let him hang there for a while. He finally asked me to get him down.

Telephone Tomato
Along a path there were a bunch of cut down telephone poles. The weather had decayed the top, and someone decided to put in some dirt and a tomato plant. I’m looking forward to a snack on a future walk!

Don’t Bring Up the Rear
You don’t see a caboose that often, so when I saw this bright, red relic, I was excited. They are used mostly for maintenance vehicles these days on the train lines, instead of the last car of the train.

Feeling Like Brad Pitt
There I was, standing in the exact spot of the closing scene of “Ocean’s Eleven” watching The Bellagio Fountain as our vacation was coming to a close. I couldn’t help but think, “Is there really a vault under there?”
