As I now enjoy fancy dining, and even more than fancy, “interesting” dining, there are times you need to be sure to check with the servers what is okay to eat.
Why? For this plate of “Nasturtium with eel, bone marrow and cucumber,” most people will think the flower and leaves are there for decoration.
Nope, that’s the “nasturtium,” both edible and tasty.
